The Association was established on September 24, 2003, in Krakow. Elżbieta Penderecka was the originator and founder of the institution. The Association’s primary activities include organizing the Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival and promoting classical music and the heritage of Polish art abroad.
The Association collaborates with domestic and international organizations and institutions with the same or similar activities and may remain a member of these organizations on a fully autonomous basis.
