- Festival Box Office Stand at the Philharmonic will open on 9 to 22 November 2018.
Stand will be open from Monday to Saturday from 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM and from 3.00 PM until the start of the concert (7:30 PM). Contact: +48 (22) 55 17 131;
- Ticket Box Office of the Grand Theater – National Opera – tickets available for the concert of 23 November 2018 ONLY;

Discounts
Entrants holding discount tickets must present at the entrance to the concert hall a valid document authorizing him/her to discounts. In case of lack of a valid document, the entrant who has purchased a discount ticket through the Eventim network (Eventime website, Empik stores and other sells points) will not be able to make extra payment at the box office before the concert. In this situation, the entrance to the concert will not be possible, and the entrant will be entitled to a refund for the ticket. Entrants who purchased tickets at the Box Office of Grand Theater – National Opera and/or Philharmonic Concert Hall, will be required to make full payments at the box office before the event. The potential risks associated with being late and any other inconveniences resulting from lack of valid document (for discounts) will not be reimbursed.
Discounts available for concerts at the National Philharmonic Concert Hall, the Royal Castle and The Royal Theatre and the Old Orangery
50% for pupils and students up to 26 years of age;
30% for pensioners, people with disabilities together with their supervisor (the person in the wheelchair enters for 10 PLN);
10% for groups of 10 people per concert.
Tickets for people in wheelchairs are not available in regular sales. To purchase a ticket in this area, please send an email to: niepelnosprawni@eventim.pl

Discounts for the Grand Theater – National Opera
20% for pupils and students up to 26 years of age;
20% for pensioners and people over 70 years of age;
30% when buying group tickets for 15 people or more for schools, universities, educational centers, social homes and welfare societies of People with Disabilities, pensioners associations (sales exclusively at the Grand Theatre);
75% for students of Music and Ballet Schools and students of the University of Music and Musicology; Price of the discount ticket cannot be lower than the cheapest ticket zone of the event.
25% for Large Family Card holders (sale exclusively at the Grand Theatre).
In online mode you can only purchase discount tickets at a discount of 20%, 25% and 75%.
Group Bookings and seats for people in wheelchairs can be reserved/purchased at the Audience Organization Office or by phone: +48 (22) 826 50 19 or +48 (22) 692 02 08
(from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7.00 PM). Due to technical conditions of the Hall number of such seats is limited.
Sale of walk-in passes starts 15 minutes before the concert, quantity depends on the number of free seats in the Concert Halls.
