Information on tickets purchased for the Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival

Dear All,

Due to the preventive measures imposed by the government in connection with the COVID-19 epidemiological risk,  the Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival, planned between 29 March and 10 April, will take place between 4 and 13 September 2020. Tickets purchased for a given festival concert remain valid for the corresponding rescheduled concert. Because of the need to confirm new dates with artists, concert venues and many other entities, the festival programme will be announced at the earliest possible date at www.beethoven.org.pl/festiwal

 

If you cancel the tickets, please follow the procedure below:

Please return the tickets and the receipt together with the filled-in return form available from:

If you have lost the receipt, please attach the filled-in statement available from:

These tickets can be returned only at the same point of sale at which they were purchased.
