Since winning first prize at the International Mozart Competition in Salzburg, George Mosley has performed with the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden as Dancairo\/<em>Carmen<\/em>; with the English National Opera as Yamadori\/<em>Madama Butterfly<\/em>, Marco\/<em>Gianni Schicchi<\/em>, Sportsman\/<em>Fennimore and Gerda<\/em>, The\u00a0Duke of Albany\/<em>Lear<\/em> and Henry\/<em>The Fairy Queen<\/em>; with Scottish Opera as Orlofsky\/<em>Die Fledermaus<\/em>, Schaunard\/<em>La Boh<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>me<\/em> and Papageno\/<em>The Magic Flute<\/em>; and with Opera North, Patroclus\/<em>King Priam<\/em> and Father Wolf\/<em>Baa Baa Black Sheep<\/em>, which was also broadcast on BBC Television.<\/p>\n<p>His debuts in other countries have included the Teatro Comunale, Modena as Guglielmo\/<em>Cos\u00ec fan tutte<\/em>, Il\u00a0Conte\/<em>Le nozze di Figaro<\/em>, and the title role in <em>Don Giovanni<\/em>; Teatro Verdi, Pisa appearing as Malatesta\/<em>Don Pasquale<\/em>, Ottone\/<em>L\u2019incoronazione di Poppea<\/em>, Guglielmo, Il Conte and Dandini\/<em>La Cenerentola<\/em> (also at Michigan Opera); Flanders Opera performing Patroclus; the Concertgebouw, where he sang Apollo\/<em>Alceste<\/em>; and at the Athens Concert Hall where he sang Il Conte.<\/p>\n<p>More recently he appeared as Count in <em>Capriccio<\/em> for the New York City Opera; in the title role in <em>Dido and Aeneas<\/em> on tour with the State Opera of Novosibirsk, in Lugo and for the Teatro Comunale di Bologna; as L\u2019Aubergiste\/<em>Cherubin<\/em> at Teatro Lirico di Cagliari (also on DVD); in <em>Flood<\/em> and <em>L\u2019enfant et les sortil\u00e8ges<\/em> in Bari and Thoas\/<em>Iphigenie en Tauride<\/em> for the Beethoven Easter Festival in Warsaw; and <em>Die Ruinen von Athen<\/em> with the Dresden Symphony Orchestra.
