His dynamic personality on the stage attracts audiences to the concert halls of Europe, where he has conducted an array of the most famous ensembles including the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, Wiener Concert-Verein, Vienna Art Orchestra, Bayerische Kammerphilharmonie, Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo, Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra, Czech National Symphony Orchestra and many Polish orchestras. In early music, he has cooperated with the recognised Concerto K\u00f6ln, and as an instrumentalist with Marc Minkowski\u2019s Les Musiciens du Louvre.<\/p>\n<p>The creator of multimedia projects which take an unconventional approach to promoting the music of the 20th and 21st centuries, he has among others conducted the first Polish performance of Krzysztof Penderecki\u2019s <em>Adagio for Strings<\/em>, and participated in the world premiere of quintet arrangement of the composer\u2019s <em>Leaves from an Unwritten Diary<\/em> and <em>Duo concertante<\/em>. Furthermore, his effort led to the Viennese premiere of Franciszek Lessel\u2019s <em>Overture<\/em> performed by the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, and persuaded Concerto K\u00f6ln to include works of Grzegorz Gerwazy Gorczycki in their repertoire.<\/p>\n<p>Dyba\u0142 has worked with a range of eminent musicians, notably Yuri Bashmet, Julian Rachlin, Angela Hewitt, Itamar Golan, Mihaela Ursuleasa, Michel Lethiec, Frans Helmerson, Arto Noras, Erwin Schrott, Konstanty Andrzej Kulka, Piotr Paleczny, Xavier de Maistre, G\u00e1bor Boldoczki, and many others.
