Box office will be open from March 21 to April 17, 2025

Monday-Friday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.  (on concert days – until the concert begins).

Saturday and Sunday (before the evening concert): from 4 p.m. to the concert start time.

Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera, Warsaw, Teatralny Square 1,

Tickets for the concert on April 18 only – the sale date will be announced soon.

Boutique (box office) in the left wing of the theater: open every day from 11:00–19:00

Box offices in the main hall: open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 – 19:00 (on days when performances take place).

Royal Castle – tickets for the concert on April 13, 2025 only, the stand is open 30 minutes before the concert. Cash payment only

Discounts:

Entrants holding discount tickets must present at the entrance to the concert hall a valid document authorizing him/her to discounts. In case of lack of a valid document, the entrant who has purchased a discount ticket through the Eventim network (Eventim website, other Eventim Ticket Outlets) will not be able to make extra payment at the box office before the concert. In this situation, the entrance to the concert will not be possible, and the entrant will be entitled to a refund for the ticket. Entrants who purchased tickets at the Box Office of Philharmonic Concert Hall, will be required to make full payments at the box office before the event. The potential risks associated with being late and any other inconveniences resulting from lack of valid document (for discounts) will not be reimbursed.

 

Discounts available for concerts at the National Philharmonic Hall and Royal Castle:

50% for pupils and students up to 26 years of age; PhD students up to 30 years of age;
30% for pensioners, people with disabilities together with their supervisor (the person in the wheelchair enters for 20 PLN);
25% Large Family Card (for members of large families);
10% for groups of 10 people or more per concert.

Tickets for people in wheelchairs are not available in regular sales. To purchase a ticket in this area, please send an email to: OzN@evetnim.pl

Discounts valid at the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera*:

20% for children and students;
25% for students up to 26 years of age;
20% for retirees and pensioners, people with a certified disability group or a certified degree disabilities and people over 70 years of age;
65% for students of music schools, ballet schools, music schools and musicology schools up to the age of 26; doctoral students of music and musicology universities up to the age of 30,
25% for Large Family Card holders.

*The price of a discounted ticket cannot be lower than the price of a ticket in the cheapest price zone for the event.

Group reservations and the purchase of seats for wheelchair users can be made at the Audience Organization Office only by phone at (22) 826 50 19, (22) 692 02 08 (Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).

National Philharmonic Concert Hall – sale of walk-in passes starts 15 minutes before the concert, quantity depends on the number of free seats in the Concert Hall.

Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera sale of walk-in passes starts 30 minutes before the concert quantity depends on the number of free seats in the Concert Hall.,

Royal Castle – sale of walk-in passes for the concert on April 13, starts 30 minutes before the concert, quantity depends on the number of free seats in the Concert Hall.
